What You'll Do

As a member of the Tax Preparation team, our Account Managers are one of the primary people our customers interact with. Your role is to help them feel so excited about and confident in our services that they will want to remain lifelong clients.

You’ll also help our clients manage their tax documents, address their concerns and move their cases from start to finish by being the bridge between them and our tax preparers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing knowledgeable assistance and guidance on tax-related matters
• Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and information required for accurate tax filing and follow up on outstanding issues
• Address client concerns, questions, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain detailed and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Collaborate with tax preparers to ensure that client cases are handled efficiently and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text that leaves a customer with a feeling of being noticed and taken care of personally and professionally
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Basic financial literacy
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
