Account Manager

Key Responsibilities- Accounts Manager * Oversee the overall functioning of the Accounts and Finance Department. * Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings. * Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. * Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. * Lead and mentor the finance team for efficient performance and professional growth. * Manage internal controls and risk assessment processes. * Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations. Required Qualifications: * Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferably * Minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience. * At least 5 years in a leadership role as the Head of Accounts/Finance in a reputed company. * Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
