Position Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GST laws, managing financial records, and supporting business decisions with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual GST filings.
• Ensure proper compliance with GST rules, invoicing, input tax credit, and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and expense management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and client invoicing.
• Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong and clear knowledge of GST compliance, returns, and reconciliations.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial management (preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
