Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in account management or sales
• Knowledge of the electrical components industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of GST and Tax Filing
• Tally ERP experience is a must
• Salary compilation for employees TDS filing experience is a must.
• Knowledge and experience of Yearly audits required.
• 10 Years experience preferred
