About the Role:

We are looking for a Account Manager to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while also onboarding their own and ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term retention. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, deliver solutions, and support business growth.


Responsibilities :


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and ensure services delivered align with expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.


Account Growth & Strategy

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the Watermelon Ecosystem.
  • Work with business development teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Support in developing account strategies to maximize retention and revenue.


Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Assist in contract renewals, proposals, and client onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to client-related discussions.


Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management & food industry
  • Experience in a service-driven or ecosystem business model preferred.


Core Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Arabic speaking is a bonus
