To manage and develop strong relationships with the company’s clients in the cybersecurity sector, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their information security. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with key clients in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Coordinate with internal cybersecurity teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow up on post-sales processes and ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor the market and analyze competitor trends and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at cybersecurity exhibitions and conferences to strengthen market presence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
