As an Account Manager, you will be crucial to promoting and expanding our brand by locating, cultivating, and nurturing client relationships at the retail and distribution level. Through effective communication and a results-driven approach, the Account Manager will close deals to grow our footprint in key markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, reach out to, and close new retail and distribution prospects through cold-calling, emailing, and other forms of inside sales outreach
  • Build and develop client relationships, being a main source of product information and problem solving for clients
  • Leverage advanced communication to close new clients and make repeat sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, performance goals and crucial KPI's
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage the sales cycle: accounting, compliance, marketing and lead generation teams
  • Track competitor pricing to help shape your own sales strategy
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Enter client information and interaction notes into our CRM systems

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years within inside sales (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in business, communication, or related field (Preferred)
  • Ability to commute to Westlake Village, CA (Required)
  • Willingness to travel with the company to trade shows across the United States on a once every other month frequency (Required)

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
  • Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 5:30pm)
  • Friday (8:00am - 12:00pm)
  • $55,000.00 - $190,000.00 (Base Pay and Commission)
