About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Account Manager
to support our growing client base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through cross-selling and upselling minor features. You will also support the broader account management team with insights, reporting, and CRM updates.
What Youâll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for add-ons and minor feature upgrades

Maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and updates

Support the account management team with insights, coordination, and reporting

Escalate customer concerns to senior account managers when needed

Participate in product and feature training to enhance upsell effectiveness

Build positive relationships with clients by serving as their first point of contact
What You Bring

Bachelorâs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Minimum 2 year of experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination

Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills

Willingness to learn, grow, and progress into senior roles

Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French is a strong plus
