About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to support our growing client base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through cross-selling and upselling minor features. You will also support the broader account management team with insights, reporting, and CRM updates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for add-ons and minor feature upgrades
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and updates
  • Support the account management team with insights, coordination, and reporting
  • Escalate customer concerns to senior account managers when needed
  • Participate in product and feature training to enhance upsell effectiveness
  • Build positive relationships with clients by serving as their first point of contact

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and progress into senior roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French is a strong plus
