The Account Manager is responsible for the successful execution of our customers’ monthly projects and/or services, maintaining data to measure and report customer KPIs, and delivering services on time and on budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full end-to-end process from formulating a plan to execution and reporting for projects.
  • Serve as the primary workflow manager and coordinator of marketing services including, but not limited to, direct mail, digital marketing, social media advertising, e-mail marketing campaigns, collateral marketing pieces, website landing pages, and website redesigns.
  • Develop project plans including budgets, time and resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Lead and meet goals of projects and services with varying degrees of size and scope.
  • Develop and own project timeline and customer meetings.
  • Contral standards and procedures.
  • Work with other teams as appropriate within projects and monthly services.
  • Lead and maintain documentation and project plans within our online project management software.
  • Assist in the optimization of resource allocation.
  • Apply strategic thinking, identify risks, and develop actionable plans to mitigate risks.
  • Proactively communicate with customers about marketing recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to manage the project team by ensuring stakeholder involvement, encouraging interaction, and defining and delegating responsibilities.
  • Proactively review processes, recommend process improvements, and implement approved changes.
  • Review creative briefs and provide feedback on scope.
  • Look for connections to other products and recommend simplification and integration points.
  • Help prioritize marketing requests with the team, ensuring output is in line with customers’ priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in weekly project, creative, and/or legal reviews to create and determine feasibility of timetables. Monitor progress.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Interview and train Project Managers.
  • Social media management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
  • Minimum two (2) years progressive Marketing Operations & Workflow experience required.
  • Experience in a creative department or agency project management role preferred.
  • Prior use of Monday.com or equivalent project management software preferred.
  • Proficiency with Flash, HTML, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Experience reviewing briefs and scopes of work.
  • Exposure to a variety of creative projects across media (print, video, digital.)
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment from a remote location.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • This is a remote position that allows for work hour flexibility. Previous successful work-from-home experience preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
