We are looking for a talented
Account Manager
to join our Client Services team, where you will contribute to managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving growth for the agency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, and marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to maximize client value.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and status updates.
Ensure all client communications, projects, and deliverables are well-documented and organized.
Stay informed about industry trends, client businesses, and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Sales and negotiation experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
