We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Services team, where you will contribute to managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving growth for the agency.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, and marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to maximize client value.

  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and status updates.

  • Ensure all client communications, projects, and deliverables are well-documented and organized.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, client businesses, and competitors to provide valuable insights.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with CRM software.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Sales and negotiation experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
