Hard Services Account Manager - Facilities Management (Healthcare)

Up to $140,000 base + 15% bonus on target (up to 30% max) + benefits
Insight Executive Solutions (IES) is supporting a global workplace and facilities management provider to hire a Hard Services Account Manager for a major healthcare environment in NYC.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership. You’ll steady the operation, lead the day-to-day hard services delivery, and build strong team performance against contractual SLAs.
What you’ll be doing

Lead and develop an on-site team across hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management

Plan and coordinate daily work: schedules, task allocation, cross-training and deadlines

Drive service performance against SLAs, escalating risks early and putting action plans in place

Work closely with stakeholders to keep delivery consistent, responsive and audit-ready

Support operational planning and resourcing across projects and service requirements

Use data and reporting to track performance and communicate progress to senior leadership

Maintain strong standards across safety, compliance, and critical hard services activity
What we’re looking for

3–5+ years’ relevant experience in hard services FM / building operations (healthcare exposure is a plus)

Proven people leadership experience (team performance, development, retention)

Strong stakeholder management and calm judgement in a fast-moving environment

Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
