Job Title: Accounts executive

Location: Near karsaz Karachi

Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Ensure their needs are met promptly, address concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client expectations with deliverables and ensure seamless communication.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key account metrics, analyze performance outcomes, and prepare regular reports. Recommend improvements to enhance client success and retention.

Required

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Technically sound and comfortable working with digital tools and processes.

  • Experience in industries such as technology or warehousing, or any field relevant to our product.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable client solutions.
