Job Title: Accounts executive
Location: Near karsaz Karachi
Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Ensure their needs are met promptly, address concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client expectations with deliverables and ensure seamless communication.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key account metrics, analyze performance outcomes, and prepare regular reports. Recommend improvements to enhance client success and retention.
Required
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Technically sound and comfortable working with digital tools and processes.
Preferred / Additional Advantages
- Experience in industries such as technology or warehousing, or any field relevant to our product.
