Account Manager – Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Overall Department Management
- Manage and supervise the complete Accounts Department
- Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Accounting & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain accurate Books of Accounts (Tally/ERP)
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle notices and coordination with government authorities
- Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to management
- Billing, Receivables & Payables Control
- Ensure accurate client billing and timely invoicing
- Monitor collections, debtor ageing, and outstanding follow-ups
- Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
- Payroll & Employee Payments
- Oversee salary processing, incentives, and reimbursements
- Ensure accuracy in payslips, payroll registers, and statutory deductions
- Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Implement financial controls, SOPs, and risk management practices
- Interdepartmental Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Operations teams
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial decision-making

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
