Account Manager – Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Overall Department Management
  • Manage and supervise the complete Accounts Department
  • Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Accounting & Statutory Compliance
  • Maintain accurate Books of Accounts (Tally/ERP)
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements
  • Handle notices and coordination with government authorities
  • Financial Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to management
  • Billing, Receivables & Payables Control
  • Ensure accurate client billing and timely invoicing
  • Monitor collections, debtor ageing, and outstanding follow-ups
  • Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
  • Payroll & Employee Payments
  • Oversee salary processing, incentives, and reimbursements
  • Ensure accuracy in payslips, payroll registers, and statutory deductions
  • Audit & Internal Controls
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Implement financial controls, SOPs, and risk management practices
  • Interdepartmental Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
