We are looking for a dynamic and organized Account Manager to join our marketing agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, attracting new clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales, and the digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinating with the Digital Marketing Team (Social Media, Ads, Content, Design).
  • Following up on content calendars, post scheduling, and publishing for clients and the company.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all marketing services and campaigns.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting the sales team by following up with leads and existing accounts.
  • Preparing client updates, reports, and handling day-to-day account needs.
  • Attracting new clients through proper communication and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager in a Marketing or Advertising Agency.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
  • Good understanding of social media management, paid ads, and digital marketing services.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED300.00 per month
