Salary Bracket: PKR 80,000 – 100,000

Job Description (JD)

The Accounts/Operations Manager oversees the overall accounting operations, financial reporting, and management of the accounts team. The role ensures accurate financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and efficient departmental functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and expense management.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial planning and reporting.
• Implement process improvements for accounting efficiency.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Manager and Accounts Executives.

Job Specification (JS)

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in managerial roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and accounting skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally) and Excel.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
