About the Role

The Account Manager will drive growth across key accounts, develop new business, and strengthen existing relationships. This role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, the role will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic solutions and building credibility with clients.

About You

The ideal candidate must hold an MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, or STEM, with at least five years experience in professional sales within an international organization, including a minimum of three years working with Saudi processes and regulations. Proven success in managing large accounts, operating in a matrix structure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in value-based selling methodologies, are essential.
