Account Manager

📢 We’re Hiring: Account Manager 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internally with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities 

•⁠ ⁠Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

•⁠ ⁠⁠Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare reports, proposals, and status updates as required

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth

•⁠ ⁠⁠Handle contracts, timelines, and basic financial tracking related to accounts

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proficient speaker in both English and Arabic 

•⁠ ⁠⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing agency in the UAE

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong communication and organizational skills

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

•⁠ ⁠⁠Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

•⁠ ⁠⁠Immediate availability is required
