Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and self-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage financial records, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, invoices, and payments using Zoho Books.
• Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and payment schedules.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong command of English, Urdu, and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
