The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in UAE. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, managing relationships from initial consultation through case completion. You will play a key role in driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth of Guru Immigration Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients throughout their immigration journey.
- Consultations & Needs Assessment: Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and recommend appropriate services and pathways.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into signed service agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM tools; follow up consistently and in a timely manner.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal case processing teams, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services (e.g., settlement services, document assistance, additional applications for family members).
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about changes to Canadian immigration policies, programs, and trends to better advise clients and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, client services, or business development — preferably in the immigration, legal, financial services, or professional services industry.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp).
- Knowledge of Canadian Immigration: Familiarity with Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Study/Work Permits, Family Sponsorship, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Professionalism: High degree of integrity, discretion, and sensitivity when handling confidential client information.

Pay: AED18,500.00 - AED44,000.00 per month
