Account Manager

Job Overview

Grassco is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and manage relationships within our growing multifamily portfolio. This role serves as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring requests are handled efficiently, expectations are met, and overall account performance stays on track.

This position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment—while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a team culture that values energy, professionalism, and a little fun along the way.

Compensation includes base salary, benefits, starting commissions, and performance bonuses. This role offers flexibility in work hours and location, with 2–4 in-person meetings per week, either in office or on site, and the ability to work from home based on workflow needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Process and respond to client requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute services
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and workflow across systems
• Support communication between field teams, operations, and leadership
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Engage in ongoing learning and contribute ideas that support both team development and the industries we serve.

Experience

• Experience in account management, client services, or similar role
• Landscape and/or Multifamily industry experience preferred, but not required
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using multiple systems and technology tools
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude with the ability to contribute to a strong team environment
• Interest in personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
