Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who can manage relationships, drive results, and act as the bridge between clients and our creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for the internal team
  • Manage day-to-day communication, feedback, and approvals
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, and projects
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and performance marketers
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow client accounts
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
  • Good understanding of social media, content production, and digital marketing
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Confident in handling client meetings and negotiations
