We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who can manage relationships, drive results, and act as the bridge between clients and our creative team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for the internal team
- Manage day-to-day communication, feedback, and approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, and projects
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and performance marketers
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow client accounts
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Good understanding of social media, content production, and digital marketing
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Confident in handling client meetings and negotiations
