Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with major Cloud Service Providers customers like Google, Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS in the server and datacenter industry.
This role will focus on daily project coordination, customer communication, and account development. You will work closely with our Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Program Manager (PMs), who will provide full technical support, allowing you to focus on relationship building and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Cloud Service Providers customers like Google, Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS customer accounts.
- Track and follow up on project schedules, RFQ/RFI processes, and sample deliveries.
- Maintain close communication with customers’ procurement, PM, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including FAE, production, logistics, and product management.
- Identify new opportunities for design-in and commercial expansion.
- Prepare internal reports and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Support business development activities including on-site customer visits and trade show participation when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or project coordination, preferably in hardware or electronic components.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM customers in the server, storage, or networking industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Datacenter Networking or Telecom applications.
- Knowledge of reverse engineering processes and manufacturing techniques for custom cable solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
