Account Manager

Duties

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
  • Identify new sales opportunities via outbound calling, warm calling, and market research to expand our customer base
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively, ensuring high engagement levels
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet business objectives
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline sales processes
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
  • Engage in technical sales discussions, explaining product features and benefits clearly to diverse audiences
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-up actions within CRM systems

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns that drive new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques to support growth initiatives
  • Prior experience in technical or product-based sales is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
