Donut Media - F&B Digital Marketing Agency is hiring for an Account Manager for our Social Media Marketing Clients

Account Growth & KPIs (Primary Responsibility)
Own the growth of key accounts. You are accountable for follower growth, engagement, and reach. You set targets, track progress, and course-correct when results fall short.

• Analyze data to understand what's working. Adjust strategy based on results.
• Create reports and summaries, build a plan forward.
• Ideate and execute SMM campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Content Strategy & Quality

• Lead content strategy for your accounts - feed themes, concepts, shoot briefs.
• Research and script videos that drive engagement and results.
• Direct video editor on output. Approve final quality before client sees it.
• Ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and serves growth goals.

Shoot Management

• Own shoot strategy and attend on-site.
• Brief the team, ensure content captured serves the strategy.

Influencer & Partnerships

• Research influencers based on account niche and target demographics.
• Contact, negotiate, and build relationships with influencers.
• Coordinate with clients on partnerships. Execute collaborations that drive reach.

Account Health & Operations

• Check Instagram accounts for reshares, general health, outdated info, and ad results.
• Create and post stories from existing content.
• Ensure accounts move smoothly - no gaps in content creation, shoots, or publishing.
• Create TikTok and Instagram accounts for new clients (requires local setup).

Client & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with clients to execute on feedback, gather information, and ensure satisfaction.
• Team coordination and priority management

2 years work experience in UAE (MANDATORY) - Internships don't count
Car + license OR Arabic speaker (MANDATORY)

• Diligent and detail-oriented. A keen eye for details; spacing, alignment, and typos.
• A good cultural fit. Owns their work, willing to experiment, and push boundaries.

Position Details
AED 5,500 (3 month probation)
AED 6,000 - 7,000 post-probation depending on performance.
Visa, Medical Insurance & Unemployment Insurance Provided.
