Account Manager

ROLE SUMMARY & JOB PURPOSE

As an Account Manager at Shagoof, you will be the primary guardian of our relationships with educational institutions and premium partners. Your mission is to ensure that schools and AI Labs are not just "buying" products, but successfully integrating LEGO Education, Sphero, and VEX Robotics into their curriculum. You will focus on high satisfaction, long-term retention, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within your portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Although this list is not exhaustive, the position holder will be responsible for the following:

· Own the long-term relationship with assigned schools and educational partners, ensuring our solutions are deeply embedded in their academic programs.

· Set account strategies to identify upsell opportunities—such as upgrading AI Labs or adding new robotics modules—to drive continuous growth within each account.

· Conduct regular "Educational Success Reviews" with school principals, ICT heads, and lab coordinators to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

· Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure robotics kits and AI Lab setups are functioning perfectly and meeting the school’s educational goals.

· Lead the contract renewal process, ensuring 100% retention of our premium partners by consistently demonstrating the value of Shagoof’s services.

· Act as the senior point of escalation for any service or technical hurdles, coordinating with the support team to maintain total client confidence.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales
Having a background in education will be a privilege
Have a full-time job
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Can use Microsoft tools
