Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and supporting business growth through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage day-to-day client communication and queries
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure timely project delivery
• Handle client onboarding and account setup processes
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services is a plus

Location: Block-10, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Salary: Market-competitive

Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
