As an Account Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping manage policies, answer coverage questions, assist with renewals and claims, and deliver outstanding service. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients, building strong relationships, and thriving in a collaborative, customer-focused environment alongside a supportive and experienced team that values positivity, professionalism, and teamwork.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with insurance agency management systems.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A positive and approachable demeanor.
Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients in understanding their coverage and making informed decisions.
Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our agency system.
