Position Summary


We’re looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with a strong background in Medicare Advantage or value-based care who thrives on client success, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.


As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients—driving engagement, revenue growth, ensuring program success, and delivering measurable outcomes across Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), Risk Adjustment, and Quality/Star Ratings programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned health plan and provider organization clients.
  • Promote client retention and revenue growth through exceptional service and partnership expansion opportunities.
  • Lead client onboarding, ongoing communications, and regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, coding, analytics and product) to ensure programs meet client and CMS requirements.
  • Monitor key program metrics—including AWV completion, HCC capture, and quality performance—to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Use data-driven dashboards, performance reports, and executive presentations to highlight program outcomes and ROI.
  • Proactively identify and address gaps or challenges impacting program performance or client satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with CMS guidelines and plan requirements related to risk adjustment, quality/HEDIS performance, and marketing.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or program management.

Strong working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Risk Adjustment (HCC), and Quality/Stars programs.

Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), CRM and project management tools.
