Account Manager

Walker & Walker Equipment, a family-owned Kubota dealership, is currently hiring an account manager. We are seeking a highly organized individual with great attention to detail. This candidate needs to be a team player as you will work closely with each department (sales, rentals, parts, and service).

Job duties included but are not limited to:

· Accounts Receivable – complete daily reconciliation, monthly statements, bank deposits

· Accounts Payable – entering and distributing invoices, create checks weekly

· Marketing – Submit prior approvals and claims, track marketing budget

· Complete equipment sale transactions – review deals, register units, submit financing documents

· End of Year Tasks – help complete inventory, enter adjusting journal entries, pull end of year reports

· Basic office jobs (ordering office supplies, answering the phone, grabbing mail)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Will require at least 1 Saturday for Kubota Orange Days Sales Event that happens every year)

We are anticipating hiring this individual to start in June 2026. Travel to one of other locations for training is required.
