Account Manager

At Suntech Innovation, we specialize in product R&D for the iGaming market, building scalable SaaS-based B2B platforms that power next-generation gaming experiences.

We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive end-to-end onboarding for content-provider products delivered via Proxy API integrations.

This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless client engagement from initial discussions through integration, go-live, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, technical understanding of API integrations, and proven experience managing B2B client relationships. They should be comfortable owning delivery tracking, facilitating discussions across stakeholders, and maintaining long-term client trust.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships through proactive communication and structured engagement
  • Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and status meetings with business and technical stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and implementation stages
  • Uncover client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities

End-to-End Client Onboarding Ownership

Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for clients adopting external proxy API solutions:

  • Initial client contact and communication setup
  • Integration kick-off and technical introduction sessions
  • Pre-production environment access setup
  • Validation of integrated API workflows
  • Conformance testing coordination
  • Production go-live readiness and launch
  • Post-production support, issue follow-up, and monitoring

Delivery Tracking & Coordination

  • Maintain project charter, implementation tracker, and delivery status reports
  • Monitor progress across milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery against agreed implementation plans
  • Ensure action items and client queries are tracked and resolved promptly
  • Keep service documentation up to date (in collaboration with BA)

Technical Support & Solution Facilitation

  • Handle technical questions raised by clients and coordinate timely responses with internal teams (per agreed SLA)
  • Guide clients through API implementation requirements and troubleshooting
  • Support validation and testing of integrations across environments
  • Ensure seamless communication between client technical teams and internal product/engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements

  • Solid experience managing enterprise/B2B client accounts (Sports Gaming/Trading)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing discussions
  • Proven background in onboarding & implementation delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel client integrations
  • Strong documentation and tracking discipline
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving technical delivery environments

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication methods, webhooks, payload validation)
  • Basic understanding of Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ message streaming workflows, along with database query handling using MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with integration environments, testing cycles, and production release processes
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with client engineering teams
  • Knowledge of proxy/API gateway solutions is advantageous

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B systems integrations
  • Exposure to enterprise product onboarding programs
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, platform integrations, or external partner B2B ecosystems is a plus
