About the Role:
We are looking for a professional Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing corporate client relationships and delivering integrated HR solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts

Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders (HR team, Finance team, and others)

Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner

Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests
