Job Summary:

We need an experienced Account Manager with a general understanding of digital marketing and a passion for perfect execution. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, confident, and diligent, and loves working with people. This is a relationship-building position, and extensive training will be provided.

As an Account Manager, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Communicating with clients via email, video call, and phone

Having in-person meetings with clients in the LA area (reliable transportation required)

Onboarding new accounts as efficiently as possible

Coordinating with our team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Handling client issues professionally

Communicating with our accounting department to ensure all work is billed

Organizing tasks and notes using our various software

Monitoring worker's time to ensure all time is entered and tracked

Assisting the production team at on-site filmings

Keeping an eye out for opportunities to grow client accounts

Filing reports as required

Handling special projects and new opportunities as they arise

Nice to have:

Customer service experience, so you can handle any client issues with ease

Experience with various digital marketing services, to better understand our clients' needs and speak their language

Experience using task-management tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, or ActiveCollab, to keep yourself and our team organized and on track

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
