The landscape account manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts while building the book of business and upselling existing clients. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients that support the goals for renewal, retention growth and profitability. The self-motivated account manager will assume ownership of the client relationship and will be the primary contact for their assigned clients. To be successful, account managers must have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with clients and help lead a team of landscape professionals. Operational tasks include working closely with the production team to evaluate performance, quality, and financials within your account. This position will collaborate with other account, production, and irrigation managers to see that the overall goals of our company have been met. You will be required to spend 30% of your time in the field managing your team, consulting clients, and gathering data from sites.
