About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee merchandise order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and client communications. In this role, you will act as the central liaison between our merchandise representatives, warehouse team, and freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming emails and process Sales Orders (SOs) to initiate order fulfillment.
  • Create placeholder SOs and communicate the order numbers back to client representatives.
  • Maintain the Calendar events by scheduling distinct dates for order pulling and shipping.
  • Apply visual color-coding to calendar events to track the status of new, pulled, and completed orders.
  • Print order picklists utilizing our warehouse management system or direct email attachments.
  • Assign pulling duties to the warehouse staff and perform Quality Control (QC) checks on prepared orders.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments across various methods, including UPS, FedEx Ground/Express, Freight (LTL), Dedicated delivery, and Customer Pick Up (CPU).
  • Provide transit times and delivery options to account reps to secure authorization for shipping speeds and special requests like after hours or weekend deliveries.
  • Generate shipping labels by accurately entering weights, dimensions, and Third-Party billing details into UPS and FedEx applications.
  • Ensure proper shipping documentation is attached, including providing drivers with a Bill of Lading (BOL) and attaching Commercial Invoices (CI) for international shipments.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse receiving team to ensure pallets are properly weighed, dimensioned, and wrapped for freight shipments.
  • Coordinate local transport logistics and pickups directly with external freight contacts.
  • Manage order logistics exceptions, including scheduling split shipments, editing pending shipments, and generating return labels.

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the dedicated account coordinator for major clients including well known artists like Chris Stapleton, Kid Rock, Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls, and many more!
  • Input correct FedEx and UPS account numbers, sender information, and specific Third-Party billing profiles for each individual client.
  • Apply strict account referencing standards, such as utilizing specific artist prefixes for tour, ecommerce, and supply divisions of the merchandise business.
