Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Al Hasha. The Account Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project progress, manage accounts efficiently, and ensure that service delivery meets client expectations. Responsibilities include managing contracts, addressing customer needs, monitoring key accounts, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The role also involves developing strategies to foster client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Account Management and Relationship Management skills, with experience in building and sustaining strong client relationships
• Negotiation, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills for resolving customer issues effectively
• Proficiency in Project Management and Coordination to oversee project deliverables and align team efforts
• Analytical and Reporting skills to assess project performance and client feedback
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment
