Summary

We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to oversee commercial and residential maintenance and snow contracts. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, profitability, and excellent communication. This role blends client relations, operations, and financial management — making you a crucial part of our growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for commercial & residential maintenance and snow operations.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication, property visits, and proactive support.
• Identify, price, and sell enhancements and seasonal services.
• Inspect job sites and crews for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, estimating, and job costing.
• Use LMN, CRM, Monday.com, and Outlook to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, snow operations, or similar service industries.
• Strong skills in contracts, budgeting, estimating, and financial reports.
• Proficient with LMN (or similar), CRM systems, Monday.com, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
