Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, media, and development.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
