Account Manager (80-100%, Fully Remote)
Group Getaways, a spin-off from Titans RE AG based in Switzerland, specializes in group travel solutions. We plan and operate personalized City Tours and trendy Theme Tours for companies, clubs, associations, and private groups. We are now looking for a motivated Sales Person to expand our outreach activities, engage potential group clients, and strengthen our sales pipeline, starting in early January 2026.

Tasks:
- Business Development: Reach out to potential group clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls, introducing our services and generating new opportunities.
- Lead Engagement: Interact with prospects on LinkedIn through posting, commenting, and responding to messages to increase visibility and interest.
- Client Interaction: Handle incoming responses, run short intro calls, qualify needs, and guide prospects through the first steps.
- Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-up routines, keep the pipeline active, and ensure strong progression from first contact to conversion.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, travel or tourism sales, hospitality sales, or a related commercial role.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), additional languages are highly appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured, organized manner in a remote environment.
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and sales systems.

- The role has a fixed compensation of $300 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.
