Job Purpose

We are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager to join our team in Jeddah . The ideal candidate will already have experience in the Jeddah, specialty food ingredients market (B2B) and will be responsible for managing client relationships across the Kingdom. This role will focus on growing our presence in bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, beverages, meat, and fats & oils categories—while onboarding new suppliers and expanding into new territories and sectors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure seamless delivery with technical teams.
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues proactively, and build long-term trust.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead smooth onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, and Operations.
  • Keep accurate CRM records of meetings, follow-ups, and communications.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Up to 4 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the food ingredients industry
  • Proven experience working with clients in the Jeddah market
  • Strong ability to manage client accounts and develop partnerships
  • Familiarity with CRM and project-tracking tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
