Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, overseeing recruitment delivery for blue-collar bulk manpower and white-collar professional roles. This includes client handling, understanding manpower requirements, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and managing employee deployment. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client manpower needs, project timelines, and workforce planning for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar bulk hiring (labor, technicians, helpers, drivers, etc.).
  • Manage white-collar hiring (administration, technical, supervisory, mid-level roles).
  • Review job descriptions, source profiles, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Work closely with sourcing teams, recruitment leads, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles.

Manpower Deployment & Operations

  • Coordinate mobilization, onboarding, medical, visa processing, and site deployment for blue-collar staff.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed as per UAE labor law requirements.
  • Track attendance, accommodation arrangements, and welfare of deployed employees when required.
  • Liaise with PRO, operations team, and site supervisors for workforce management.

Account Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of mandates, candidate submissions, shortlists, selections, and deployments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring progress and client updates.
  • Ensure ERP/ATS systems are updated with mandate status and candidate information.
  • Monitor mandate ageing and ensure traction on open roles.

Business Development Support

  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Support proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions when needed.
  • Participate in client onboarding and contract renewal processes.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in handling bulk blue-collar recruitment and white-collar roles .
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and manpower deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/ATS systems.


Salary: 8000 AED to 10000 AED / Month

Visa + Insurance will be provided by the company.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Preferred Immediate Joiners or Max 15 days.
