Position Overview

This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on variety and excellence. Reporting directly to a cofounder, you’ll operate at the intersection of sales, client relations, and operations, ensuring that every client’s experience with The Greener Good exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Engage with leads generated by strategic marketing campaigns
  • Develop your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Build trust with prospective clients and close new business

Estimating & Proposal Development

  • Prepare accurate, professional, and visually compelling proposals
  • Utilize estimating tools and resources to create competitive bids

Operations Coordination

  • Partner closely with the operations team
  • Ensure services are delivered with precision, professionalism, and consistency

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and growth

Strategic Input

  • Provide insights to improve sales, marketing, and operational strategies
  • Contribute to the company’s continued growth and innovation

Who You Are

  • A proven performer in the commercial landscaping or service industry
  • Strong relationship-builder who knows how to win and retain business
  • Confident communicator with integrity and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build something exceptional

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial landscape services or related industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with estimating software
  • Understanding of landscape operations (preferred but not required)
