We’re looking for a SEO Account Manager Assistant to join our team immediately

We’re a team of close-knit team of professionals working hard to build the ultimate company.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are aware of campaign results.
• Run Account Review Calls to review performance and provide consultative guidance.
• Set and manage client expectations

SEO Advocacy & Campaign Oversight:

• Act as an SEO advocate, monitor results, and make adjustments to maximize results.
• Evaluate campaigns, recommend steps to improve rankings, visibility, and engagement.
• Leverage analytics and reporting tools to demonstrate ROI and campaign progress.

Retention & Revenue Growth

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct saves, comps, and upgrades as needed to maintain long-term client value.
• Identify upsell opportunities that align with client goals and drive additional revenue.
• Make recommendations for additional services.

Service Calls and Upsells & Revenue Growth

• Conduct client calls to assess and communicate account status
• Recommend additional services for client success evolution

Requirements:

- 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on local search.
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles (GBP), citations, and local backlinks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret SEO data.
- Excellent communication skills – must be comfortable with frequent client interactions.
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Encinitas, CA (Remote work is NOT available).

Handle other duties as necessary to ensure the successful operation of ZDigital

Generate client referrals, testimonials and online reviews
