This is a unique employment opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for customer service and product compliance. As a key member of the team, you will build and maintain customer relationships, facilitate product testing with our partnered test lab, guide our partners through the complex world of compliance, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements. Most importantly, you will play a role in differentiating our services and experiences from our competitors.

Responsibilities:

● Testing & Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate product testing, interpret lab reports, and manage correspondence with laboratories and regulatory agencies for individual sample cases.

● Client Support & Consultation: Provide expert consultations, respond to general labeling and compliance inquiries, and support labeling-related client needs.

● Labeling Services: Process labeling violation cases and Pennsylvania variance facilitation support, while providing support for calls, emails, and occasional basic label designs and audits.

● Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management

Required Skills:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Comfortable utilizing multiple systems to accomplish tasks

● Attention to detail

● Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent customer service experience

● Embraces ambiguity that accompanies quickly growing companies

● Critical thinking and problem solving

Preferred Skills:

● Familiar and comfortable maneuvering Mac OS

● Managing tasks in a Project Management platform (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)

● Federal and/or state regulatory knowledge

● Awareness of product labeling requirements

● Proficiency in Adobe and/or QuarkXPress for label and print design projects
