Account Manager & Content Creation

You will be responsible for managing client relationships along with learning the ins and outs to managing our learning platform. Experience in project management and account management in corporate environments is essential.

There are many components to this position; but if you love working with people, organizing, strategizing, being creative and having a wide variety of responsibilities - this job is for you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Onboarding new clients

Strategizing with clients and team on how best to utilize their content and ideas on their platform

Managing all content across your assigned accounts

Staying organized and up to date with assigned accounts

Assisting clients with our texting feature

Filming our coaches and managing new course launches in our learning platform

Managing content writers

Qualifications and Skills:

Self-Driven: A leader of themselves; someone who can take the initiative to get things done.

Organized: Someone who is extremely detail oriented. When managing accounts there are lots of little pieces that need organized and remembered. Having high organizational skills is a must for this position.

Personable: You’ll be speaking with all kinds of people across several professions and the ability to be friendly, professional, and have a sense of humor while building relationships are all highly valued.

Communicative: Being timely in responding to emails/calls, and making sure communication is constantly happening between yourself, the client, management, and coworkers is imperative.

Quick-Learner: Being able to pick things up quickly is fundamental to this position as we are constantly updating and adding new features to our platform.

Fun: We like having fun and want someone that fits in with the team.

Communicator: Works well with others and initiates conversations.

Content Creator: Can film and edit content for our coaching platform. Editing tool skills.
