About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager to manage client accounts and oversee content and e-learning projects. The ideal candidate will ensure client expectations are met, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain quality and timely delivery across all initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Plan, track, and oversee content and e-learning projects end-to-end.

  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of learning programs.

  • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing priorities.

  • Ensure content quality, instructional effectiveness, and adherence to client/brand guidelines.

  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and senior management.




Requirements

Must Haves


  • Proven experience managing client accounts and/or e-learning/content projects.

  • Understanding of e-learning content development and instructional principles.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in-office at Andheri West, Mumbai.

  • Familiarity with content workflows, project management tools, and tracking metrics.
