About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager to manage client accounts and oversee content and e-learning projects. The ideal candidate will ensure client expectations are met, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain quality and timely delivery across all initiatives.

Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
Plan, track, and oversee content and e-learning projects end-to-end.
Coordinate with writers, designers, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of learning programs.
Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing priorities.
Ensure content quality, instructional effectiveness, and adherence to client/brand guidelines.
Report progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and senior management.
Must Haves
Proven experience managing client accounts and/or e-learning/content projects.
Understanding of e-learning content development and instructional principles.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in-office at Andheri West, Mumbai.
Familiarity with content workflows, project management tools, and tracking metrics.
