Account Manager / Content Strategist -(Remotely Work)
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for all communications
- Onboard new clients and manage expectations from day one
- Conduct regular status calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategy sessions
- Handle contract renewals, upselling, and scope management
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content strategies aligned with each client's business objectives
- Build and maintain editorial calendars across channels
- Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and brand voice guidelines
- Conduct audience research and competitor content analysis
Execution & Coordination
- Brief and manage writers, designers, and other creative resources
- Oversee content production workflows and approval processes
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand guidelines
Performance & Reporting
- Track content KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Use data to refine and optimize ongoing content strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, paid media, social, and design teams
- Align content efforts with broader marketing and sales initiatives
- Share client feedback internally to improve processes and offerings
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and flag scope creep early
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple accounts
- Forecast workload and flag capacity issues proactively
- Requirements:
English and Arabic Fluent
Pay: E£21,500.00 - E£35,800.00 per month
