Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team, working across our production, creative and influencer agencies.
The ideal candidate will have agency experience managing multi-disciplinary projects spanning production, creative, digital and social media content. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at client relationships, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary client liaison, understanding their objectives and ensuring exceptional execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously spanning creative development, video production and social content, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the wider agency teams, including producers, creatives, designers and social strategists, to brainstorm, develop and deliver compelling content for our clients.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable production and creative plans.
- Working closely with clients to grasp their business and marketing goals, while driving innovative and industry-leading creative solutions to elevate their brand.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth within existing accounts, as well as contribute to new business pitches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience with automotive clients is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
- Strong understanding of creative development, video production and social media content.
- Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.
