As an Account Manager - Defense & Emerging Tech, you are the key driver in building strong customer relationships and executing account strategies across diverse and innovative market segments. You work with cell makers and OEMs focused on end applications such as drones, robotics, eVTOLs, AI devices, and other next-generation technologies. You are responsible for developing engagement strategies and account plans for both existing and prospective customers. Collaborating closely with internal and external technical and commercial stakeholders, you identify, qualify, and advance commercial opportunities that align with Sila's commercial strategy and product roadmap. You are a confident voice in meetings, offering guidance and sharing your market knowledge, and you are able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels, from executive leadership to working teams. Your responsibilities also include crafting contractual agreements and multi-year forecasts.
The starting base pay for this role is between $136,000 and $172,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila's competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. #LI-Remote
