$60,000- $70,000

ABOUT THIS ROLE
LawToolBox is seeking an Account Manager role for enterprise law firm, corporate legal and government clients to white glove their LawToolBox go-live experience.

This role requires a proactive, big-picture, customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities. A core focus of this role is owning and shaping the customer experience during the initial months post sale. This role will ensure clients are positioned for long term success with LawToolBox. This role acts as the single point of contact to guide a customer to internal team members for onboarding and training.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-value managed accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including firm administrators, IT, and practice leaders.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding and beyond, reinforcing expectations and commitments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Technical Onboarding Specialists and Trainers to ensure onboarding, migrations, training, and adoption plans are executed successfully and on time.
  • Advocate for the customer internally by sharing feedback, use cases, and product insights with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
  • Contribute to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and process improvements that help scale customer success and support
  • As part of your training, you will assist the Customer Success team with customer support across all account sizes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work Experience: 3+ years in any sales, customer success, operations or project management roles
  • Strong executive‑level communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with legal professionals (law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies) OR other regulated professional services environments strongly preferred
