We're looking for a skilled Event Account Manager to join our growing team and take charge of end-to-end client management and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

* Manage the full event lifecycle – from brief to execution and post-event reporting.

* Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to align client expectations with deliverables.

* Develop project timelines, budgets, and production schedules to meet client requirements.

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and venues for smooth execution.

* Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and event-related documentation.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth.

* Ensure brand standards and compliance are met across all client touchpoints.

Requirements:

* 3–4 years of proven experience in event management or account management within the UAE.

* Strong understanding of event operations, production, and logistics.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

* UAE driving license preferred.
